Cannabis and counterfeit cash seized, Armagh

Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's E District Crime Team have seized a quantity of herbal cannabis and suspected counterfeit cash as a result of a search of a car in the Friary Road area of Armagh on Wednesday evening, 3 March.
Shortly after 9.25pm, a car was stopped by police at Friary Road. A quantity of herbal cannabis and suspected counterfeit cash was seized. A follow up search was carried out at an address in South Belfast with further quantities of herbal cannabis and suspected counterfeit cash seized. The herbal cannabis seized has an estimated street value of £2,000 while the suspected counterfeit cash came to a total of £1,820. The vehicle has also been seized by police.
A 22 year old male and two 21 year old males were arrested and are assisting police with their enquiries.
