A DISTRICT– stabbing Sliabh Dubh View Ballymurphy

Detectives in North Belfast are investigating a stabbing incident in the Sliabh Dubh View area of Ballymurphy in the early hours of this morning (Sat 21 July).
Shortly before 4am a 23 year old man answered his door and following an altercation he received a slash wound to his abdomen. Three assailants alleged to be one male and two females made off in a silver coloured Passat. The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment to his wound that is not believed to be life threatening at this stage.
A short time later a 48 year old man & a 30 woman were arrested for suspected GBH with intent and they are currently helping police with their enquiries.
