B DISTRICT: Armed Robbery, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast

Detectives in east Belfast are appealing for information following the report of an armed robbery at commercial premises in the Upper Newtownards Road area in the early hours of Saturday 7th July.
At around 12.30am it was reported that up to 5 men entered the premises. The men were all dressed in black clothing and several were reportedly carrying firearms. Staff members were threatened and forced to lie on the floor whilst the men took a sum of cash before making off on foot.
Detectives would ask anyone who was in the area and who may have noticed anything suspicious to contact them at CID in Musgrave on 0845 600 8000.
