PSNI International Analyst Exchange / Placement Programme
The PSNI International Analyst Exchange / Placement Programme provides a unique opportunity for professional and personal development. PSNI analysts selected for this programme will be expected to contribute to the work of the host agency and to provide a positive image of policing in Northern Ireland.
The purpose of the placement for each PSNI analyst is:
- To provide experience of work in a foreign law enforcement organisation; and
- During this period to provide exposure to the use of analysis in tackling crime, incident and other operational policing problems; and
- To provide opportunities to see how analysis in used to drive activity in the host organisation; and
- On completion of the secondment to produce a short (2000 word) report and briefing on the work carried out.
