Castlereagh Neighbourhood Policing Team is managed by Inspector Colin Brown and he is based at Castlereagh. The team is responsible for the policing of  Fourwinds, Cairnshill, Beechgrove, Cregagh,Wynchurch, Galwally,Downshire, Merok, Belvoir, Milltown, Clonduff, Leadhill, Braniel, Roddens, Bests Hill, Greer Park, Royal Lodge, Breda and Woodbreda.

Police Surgeries Leaflet dropAre held monthly at Cregagh Community Association Centre. For further details please contact your local Neighbourhood officer If you wish to attend.  Alternatively you can contact the centre itself on    02890 795 848.  Leaflets are dropped in areas where there have recently been burglaries - see below.

We Did

BurglaryTargeted high visibility foot and mobile patrols to identified hotspot areas. Interested parties were informed via quarterly briefings to the District Policing Partnership and local press releases


Theft of lead from Churches

We visited all local Churches and offered Crime Prevention advice.  A leaflet was also distributed - please see Church Watch above.

Anti-social Behaviour Targeted high visibility patrols of hotspot areas to prevent detect and provide reassurance. Crime prevention advice was circulated through the District Policing Partnership, Community Associations and local press releases
