The Police College is responsible for training across the Police Service and promoting learning and development. We ensure that officers and staff at all levels are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively. All our programmes incorporate the principles of human rights, equality and diversity and policing with the community.
