Scams
Scams can be sent to you through the post, by email or over the phone. There are many different types of scams but they all have one thing in common - to take your money.
- If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
- Once you show an interest the scammers have you.
- Many scams ask for money up front in return for a “prize”.
- Never give your bank account, credit card or other personal details to anyone you have not checked out.
