Clogher Valley

The Clogher Valley Neighbourhood team are responsible for policing the following areas Augher, Clogher, Fivemiletown, Aughnacloy, Ballygawley and Caledon. The team work out of Aughnacloy Station.

See the link for station opening hours on the menu bar to the right. Aughnacloy Station is usually open between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday however this can be subject to change. The electronic notice board will provide station opening times. If members of the community wish to meet their Neighbourhood Officer at Aughnacloy Station this can be facilitated at any time when the officers are on duty. In addition the Police mobile Unit will make visits to your area.

Concern ref Trailer Theft            Introduction of Trailer Marking initiative to identify individual trailers therefore acting as a deterrent.  Anyone wishing a trailer marked can contact their local neighbourhood officer to arrange.

Anti Social Behaviour,Criminal Damage in Aughnacloy, Caledon and FivemiletownTo record and monitor all reports trying to identify patterns to enable increased patrolling of hotspots. Working along side the community, encouraging parents to make sure they are aware of their children’s whereabouts, and relating the possible consequences of being involved in activities which may lead to a criminal record.

Anti Social Driving/Speeding in Ballygawley, Caledon, Fivemiletown and AugherNeighbourhood officers are closely monitoring driving standards in these areas, actively using speed detection equipment along with Roads Policing to enforce road safety, detecting and dealing with offences robustly. Working with partner agencies to remove uninsured vehicles from the roads.
