Complaints of anti social behaviour in Moygashel

Police have been working in partnership with the SELB and local residents. There is a meeting on Monday to discuss trying to start a Youth Club.

Anti social behaviour. Redford Park, Milltown, Union Place, Savings Bank Street.

In recent months the incidents of anti – social behaviour have increased, resulting in increased patrolling in these areas. Neighbourhood officers are keen to work alongside the community to resolve this on going problem.

We are treating all these incidents seriously and actively encouraging parents to make sure they are aware where their children are and what they are up to, passing on the possible consequences of getting involved in activities likely to result in a criminal record. We are actively engaging with local businesses, Council members and Environmental Health in the area.

Residents complaining about Modified cars causing annoyance in the Scotch street Area.

A joint operation with DVA targetted modified cars in Scotch street, Dungannon. A total of 16 vehicles were examinde for defectives and a number of proscutions will follow.

Ringmaster Communtiy Messaging

What?

It is a computerised messaging system, sending members information about criminal activity in a local area. The system encourages two-way communication between the Police and its members. Ringmaster members are invited to pass on the information in messages to their family and friends in the wider community. The service is free and members will receive messages via email.

Each message will include the details of the crime and any practical advice we can offer to reduce further crime in the area.

As a member of Ringmaster you may be in a Neighbourhood Watch group, run a local pub or business or work in a school. You may just be an interested member of the community.

Ringmaster will send you messages about crimes and issues that affect your community or area of business.

Any information you may have about the event can be used to increase detections and reduce further crime in your area.

For a Registration Form contact your local Neighbourhood Officer.
