Assault and theft, Londonderry

Police in Derry are appealing for information about an incident at Strand Road on Saturday 3 December.
At around 2am, a man aged in his 70s was walking in the area when he was struck to the head.
A saxophone, clarinet and flute the man had been carrying - together worth several thousand pounds - were then stolen.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or with information should contact police in Londonderry by calling 0845 600 8000, alternatively information about crime can be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity by contacting 0800 555 111.
