Assault, Crossmaglen, Co Armagh

Detectives are appealing for information about an assault in Crossmaglen.
On Monday 5 January it was reported that a man aged in his 60s returning from a night out had been assaulted in The Crescent area at around 2am on the morning of New Year's Day.
He was taken to hospital with facial injuries and bruising to his body. His injuries were understood to be serious but not life-threatening.
