Man charged with rape, Belfast

Detectives from the PSNI's Rape Crime Unit charged a 38-year-old man with rape. The man was expected to appear at Laganside Magistrate’s Court on the morning of Saturday 10 January.
It is understood the charges relate to an incident that took place in the Tomb St / Corporation St area of Belfast on 30 December 2008.
As is normal procedure, the Public Prosecution Service will review the charges
