Robbery, Carmel Street, South Belfast

Police are appealing for information after a robbery in the Carmel Street area of South Belfast in the early hours of this morning Tuesday 13 January 2009.
A man and woman, both aged 21 years, were approached by three males outside a convenience store around 2am. The males threatened the pair, who responded by throwing a phone and handbag at them. The men made off in the direction of College Park Avenue with the phone and some personal items from the handbag. The man and woman were uninjured but shaken.
