Charges - Murder of Constable Stephen Carroll

A 17 year old youth has been charged with the murder of Constable Stephen Carroll, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life; belonging to a proscribed organisation, namely CIRA and collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists.
He will appear at Lisburn magistrate court tomorrow morning (Tuesday 24 March).
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
