Armed Robbery Takeaway Restaurant, Poleglass

Detectives in Lisburn are appealing for information following an armed robbery of a take away restaurant in the Poleglass area in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 22 March).
Shortly before 1:00am three youths armed with bottles threatened staff at the takeaway in the Pembrooke Loop Road area. They made off with a sum of money. A member of staff received a cut to his eye when he was struck by one of the bottles.
Anyone who witnessed the robbery or who has any information is asked to contact detectives at Lisburn on 0845 600 8000. Information can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
