Burglary, Mica Drive, North Belfast

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a house in the Mica Drive area of North Belfast.

The incident was reported to police around half past nine last night (Saturday 21 March). A number of males entered the house and restrained the male occupant. The house was ransacked and the raiders escaped with a small sum of cash. The victim was physically unhurt but shaken following his ordeal.

Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact detectives in Antrim Road on 0845 600 8000. They are especially keen to hear from anyone who may have information on the movements of a dark coloured, southern registered vehicle, seen in the area at the time of the burglary.
