Armed Robbery, Clady, Strabane

Detectives in Strabane are investigating an armed robbery at a post office in Clady on the night of Tuesday 7 April.

At approximately 10pm, two masked men entered a house next door to the post office and ordered a man and a woman to lie on the floor. The man was then forced to take money from the post office safe while the woman stayed on the living room floor, guarded by one of the robbers who is believed to have been armed.

The couple were physically uninjured but distressed by their ordeal.
