Man charged following assault, Armagh

A 24-year-old male was charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, and is expected to appear at a special sitting of Newry Magistrate's Court on Tuesday 14 April.
As is normal procedure the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
It is understood the charge relates to an incident in the Gaol Square area of Armagh in the early hours of Saturday 12 April.
