Man charged with four counts of robbery

A 27-year-old male was charged with four counts of robbery, and a number of related offences, and is expected to appear before Laganside Magistrate’s Court on Monday 27 April. As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
It is understood the charges are understood to relate to a number of incidents involving cash in transit vans, between January 2008 and April this year, in the North Belfast and Newtownabbey areas.
