Drugs stolen, Derry

Police in Derry are urging the public to be cautious after prescription drugs were stolen from a house on Alfred Street sometime between 1.30pm and 2pm on Monday (10 August).  The bag, which contains an anti-inflammatory drug called Methotroxate and blood pressure medication known as Perindproil, was taken from the porch area of the house.

If a member of the public comes across these items they should contact police immediately.  These drugs can pose serious health concerns for anyone who is not the prescription user.

The telephone number to ring is 0845 600 8000, or contact the ‘Crimestoppers’ charity anonymously on freephone 0800 555 111.
