Man charged

A 58 year old man has tonight been charged with murder. The man is charged to appear at Laganside Magistrates Court on Tuesday 1 September.
The charge is understood to be connected to the murder of Alfredo Fusco on 3 February 1973 at York Road, Belfast. The investigation is being carried out by Detectives from the Historical Enquiries Team.
As is normal procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS.
