Men charged following cocaine seizure, Belfast

Two men have been charged with drugs offences following the seizure of cocaine with an estimated street value of around £5million.
A 38 year old man and 47 year old man have been charged with possession of class A drugs, possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, conspiracy to supply class A drugs and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
The men will appear before Laganside Magistrates' Court on Monday, 20 December.
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The suspected cocaine was seized during a planned operation in the Boucher Road area on Saturday, 19 December.
A 29 year old man has also been arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.
