Shop Premises Robbed, Racecourse Road, Derry

Detectives are appealing for information following an armed robbery at shop premises in Derry on Friday evening, 13 February.
At approximately 7.15pm a male, armed with what is believed to have been a handgun, entered the store at Racecourse Road.
The male threatened a member of staff before making off with a sum of cash. It is understood he made his escape on foot by jumping over a small wall at the front of the shop.
The female staff member was not physically hurt but was left shaken by the incident.
The robber is described as approximately 6' tall of a slim build. He was wearing a navy hooded top with the hood up, navy tracksuit bottoms, trainers, gloves and he had obscured his face with a green and white scarf.
