Murder, North Belfast

Following a post mortem examination police have launched a murder enquiry to investigate the death of a 29 year old man in the Cliftonville Road area on Saturday evening.

A 28 year old female and 26 year old male were arrested in the Belfast area last night, 19 July, and are currently assisting police with their enquiries at the serious crime suite in Antrim.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the Cliftonville Road area between 2.30pm on Saturday, 18 July and 8pm on Saturday, 18 July, and particularly anyone who witnessed persons entering or leaving 39 Cliftonville Road between these times to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
