Attempted armed robbery, Lurgan

Police are appealing for witnesses following an attempted armed robbery at a post office in Lurgan on Friday morning, 12 June.
At approximately 9.45am a male armed with a handgun entered the premises at High Street. He demanded cash however made off empty handed when a female employee activated a panic alarm.
It's believed he made his escape in a silver car, possibly a Vauxhall Astra, driven by a second person, in the direction of Banbridge.
The male is described as being around 5ft 5in tall and of thin build. He was wearing a red hooded jumper, black trousers, black shoes and black gloves.
