Fuel thefts, Limavady

Police are investigating two separate incidents of fuel theft from the weekend (May 15 to 18). Approximately 200 gallons of red diesel were taken from premises on the Birren Road in Dungiven. Meanwhile 1,000 litres of diesel has been reported stolen from a shed on the grounds of a hotel in Limavady town. Anyone who saw suspicious tanks, trailers or vans in these areas is asked to contact the station on 0845 600 8000 or the 'Crimestoppers' charity on 0800 555 111.
