Cash in transit attempted robbery arrests, Newcastle

Two men have been arrested following an attempted cash in transit robbery at a service station on the Dundrum Road, Newcastle, County Down.
The arrests, which were part of a a planned Police Service of Northern Ireland Organised Crime Squad operation against cash in transit robberies, were made shortly after 1pm on Saturday 30 May.
On the afternoon of Saturday 30 May, the men were continuing to assist police with their enquiries.
