Massereene murders, arrests

Detectives investigating the murders of Sappers Patrick Azimkar and Mark Quinsey, and the attempted murders of five others, at Massereene army base in March 2009 arrested a 55 years old woman in west Belfast and a 39 years old man in County Tyrone.
The man and woman were taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite for questioning on November 17 2009. The following day, the 55 years old woman was released pending a report to the Public Prosecutions Service. The 39 years old man was released unconditionally.
To date, two people have been charged with the murders of Sappers Azimkar and Quinsey.
