Armed robbery, Whiterock Road, West Belfast

Detectives in West Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery in the Whiterock Road area.
Shortly before 9.50pm on Monday night, 9 November, three males approached staff members who were locking up bookmaker premises. The males forced the staff inside and proceeded to take a sum of cash. The three had firearms in their possession.
The males made off across the Whiterock Road.
One of the staff sustained an injury to her wrist.
The three males are described as being approximately 5ft 8in tall, of slim build and were wearing dark jackets, dark bottoms and balaclavas.
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area and noticed the three males prior to or following the incident to contact them on 0845 600 8000. Information about crime can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
