Man charged with drugs offences, Coleraine

A 42 year old man has been charged with a number of drugs offences including three counts of possession of class B drugs, two counts of possession of class B drugs with intent to supply and supplying class B drugs.
He is expected to appear at Larne Magistrates court on Friday 2 October.
The charges follow the seizure of a large quantity of suspected controlled drugs by the Coleraine Crime Team during the planned search of a house in the Bushmills Road area of Coleraine yesterday evening.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
An 18 year old man and two women aged 19 and 41, also arrested during the same search operation, have been released unconditionally.
