Assault and robbery, Princess Street, Portrush

Police in Coleraine are appealing for information following an incident in the Princess Street are of Portrush during the early hours of Sunday morning, 25 October.
Around 2am a male and female were walking along Princess Street when they were approached by three males. One of them demanded money before assaulting the male and threatening the female. The male who was assaulted sustained cuts to his face.
The three males made off with a sum of cash, mobile phone and bank card.
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the incident or has information relating to it to contact them on 0845 600 8000. Information about crime can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
