Constable Stephen Carroll murder investigation arrest

Detectives investigating the murder of Constable Stephen Carroll in March arrested a 22 year old man in Newtownabbey on the morning of Thursday 1 October.
The suspect was taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Antrim Police Station for questioning.
