Robbery, Portadown

Detectives are appealing for information about a robbery in Portadown, County Armagh.
Shortly before 6.45am on Tuesday 13 October, a man working for a cash collection company was approached by a man in the Ballyoran Manor area.
The thief, who is believed to have been armed with a knife, demanded money from the victim. He made off with a sum of money in pound coins in the direction of Ballyoran Park. He is described as being of medium build approximately 5' 8" tall with short dark hair. He was wearing a charcoal coloured hooded top with a purple and green design on the back, and grey tracksuit trousers.
Anyone with information should contact police by calling 0845 600 8000. Police are especially keen to hear from any local businesses asked to change large quantities of pound coins in suspicious circumstances.
