Criminal damage, Shankill Terrace

Police in North Belfast are investigating an incident of criminal damage to a house in the Shankill Terrace area last night (Monday 31 August).
Shortly before 10pm four masked men entered the house by smashing down the front door. They smashed windows and furniture in the downstairs rooms before leaving in a dark coloured car.
A woman and her four children (three girls aged 11, 4 and 2 and a baby boy aged 4 weeks) were in the house at the time. All are shaken but unhurt by the ordeal.

A motive for the incident has yet to be established.
