Two charged with drug offences, Ballymena and Larne

Two 26 year old men have been charged with drugs offences and are expected to appear at Larne Magistrates' Court on Friday morning, 11 September. One male is charged with possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, and possession of class A, B and C drugs. The second male has been charged with possession of class B drugs.
As is normal procedure, these charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
It is understood the charges relate to a comprehensive search operation in the Ballymena and Larne areas on Thursday, 10 September, in response to public concerns regarding the sale supply and, issues of illegal drugs.
