Robbery, Ormeau Road, South Belfast

Detectives in South Belfast are appealing for information after a delivery driver was robbed of a quantity of cigarettes at a convenience store on the Ormeau Road on Thursday 3 September.

Shortly before 7pm two males got out of a blue coloured car and threatened the delivery driver with a hammer and an iron bar.  They made off with several bales of cigarettes.  A vehicle was later recovered in the Annadale area and has been taken away for examination.
