Armed robbery, Ormeau Road, Belfast

Detectives in South Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery at commercial premises in the Ormeau Road area on Sunday 25 April.

At approximately 7:15pm, three males entered the premises. One of the males produced a firearm and demanded money while another of the males ran behind the tills and filled a bag with alcohol. The third male attempted to disable the CCTV system while a fourth male stood outside the shop. The culprits then made off with an undisclosed sum of cash and alcohol.
