Petrol bombs thrown, Londonderry

Police in Londonderry are investigating an incident where a number of petrol bombs were thrown in Conway Park in the city around 10.45pm on Friday night. Reports were received that a crowd of around twenty people, believed to be teenagers and young adults, entered Conway Park and threw a total of four petrol bombs at two houses before making off towards the Tullyalley area. Not all of the devices ignited. Police attending the incident also reported that at least two petrol bombs were thrown at premises in the Glendermott Business Park around the same time. There are no reports of damage or injuries at either incident.
