Armed robbery, Whitehead

Detectives in Newtownabbey are investigating an armed robbery at licensed premises in the Chester Avenue area of Whitehead in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 6 April).
Shortly before 12:30am a member of staff was locking the premises when a number of masked men entered the building. One appeared to be armed with a handgun and threatened the staff member. They made off with a sum of money.
