Man charged following recovery of firearm, North Belfast

Detectives from Serious Crime Branch have charged a 34 year old man with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to cause injury to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Monday, 19 April.
The charge relates to the recovery of firearms and ammunition following the search of a house in the North Belfast area on Thursday, 15 April.
As is normal procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS.
