Pipe bomb type device, Glandore Avenue, North Belfast

Police in North Belfast are investigating an incident in the Glandore Avenue area last night (Tuesday 13 April) during which a pipe bomb type device was thrown at a house.
Shortly before 11:30pm the female occupant of the house was disturbed by an explosion outside the front window and the window shattering. Two men were seen running from the area in the direction of Premiere Drive.
ATO were tasked to examine the scene and removed the remains the device for further examination.
