Suspected brothel closed, Portadown

Police in Portadown have closed down premises believed to have been used as a brothel in the town.
The police operation on Sunday (25) focused on a house at Markethill Road.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
In addition, earlier this month police closed down a 'lap-dancing' club / shebeen in the Annabridge Road area of the Tandragee Road.
Inspector Philip Shepherd warned that local police - responding to concerns expressed by the community - will take robust action against any other premises operating in this manner.
