Man assaulted, Holywood

Detectives are investigating an assault in Holywood.
Shortly after 8.15pm on Sunda it was reported that four men armed with hammers had entered a house at Church Green and assaulted a man aged in his 40s.
The man was taken to hospital with head injuries which were not believed to life-threatening.
A man aged his 30s has been arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.
Two cars have been seized for further examination.
Police are working to establish a motive.
