Burglary, Tollymore, Newcastle

Detectives in Down are appealing for information following a burglary at a house in the Wild Forest Close area of Tollymore, Newcastle.
At approximately 10:10pm on Saturday 28 August, three masked males, one of whom was armed with an iron bar, forced their way into the house and demanded money and drugs. The culprits then ransacked the house before making off with an undisclosed sum of cash.
The male and female resident were not injured but were left shaken by their ordeal.
