Males charged following drugs seizure, Newry

Two males, aged 64 and 32, are expected to appear at Newry Magistrate's Court on Saturday 28 August, charged in connection with the seizure of suspected illegal drugs in Newry on Thursday 26 August.
The 64-year-old male is charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and the 32-year-old is charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
It is believed the charges are in connection with the seizure of suspected heroin with an estimated value of approximately £350,000.
