Assault and arrest, Glengoland Park, Dunmurry

A 19 year old man has been arrested following an assault on a 17 year old in the Glengoland Park area of Dunmurry during the early hours of Saturday morning, 6 February.
The male was detained by police on the Stewartstown Road at around 2.25am. The injured teenager was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries to his face and body. These are not thought to be life threatening at this time.
The arrested male remains in police custody assisting with enquiries.
