Armed robbery, Durham Street, West Belfast

Police in West Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery in the Durham Street area.

Around 5pm on Saturday, 16 January, a male entered a shop and bought a can of coke. He returned a short time later with another male. The first male produced a knife and demanded cash while the second male hung around the door.

The two males made off across the bridge towards Divis with a sum of cash.

The first male is described as wearing a dark anorak, white baseball cap, light green camouflage top, dark tracksuit bottoms and dark trainers. The second male is described as wearing a light grey top, navy jeans and dark footwear.
