Assault, Ann Street, Newtownards

Police in Newtownards are appealing for information following an assault on two men outside an apartment in the Ann Street area on Sunday evening, 3 January.
Shortly after 9pm the two men, aged 30, were involved in an altercation involving up to ten people. The men were taken to hospital with injuries which are described as serious but not life threatening. One of the men sustained two stab wounds to his leg.
