Attempted armed robbery, Cookstown

Detectives are appealing for information about an attempted armed robbery in Cookstown.
At around 5pm on New Years Eve, a man armed with a knife entered a chemist shop on James Street and threatened staff. However, he fled empty handed.
Police arrested a man in a flat nearby a short time later.
