Burglary of elderly man, Ballyhannon, Craigavon

Detectives from Lurgan CID are appealing for information following a burglary at the home of an 87 year old man this evening (Saturday 2 January 2010).
Shortly after 5:30pm the elderly gentleman flagged down a passing taxi driver who assisted him. The elderly man been threatened by four unknown men who entered his home in the Ballyhannon area of Craigavon via the rear of the property. They made a search of the house before leaving through the rear entrance again. The man was unhurt but badly shaken by his ordeal.
